Terms and Conditions

Sales And Transport Policies:

• All animals must be 8 weeks of age or older and weaned from mother prior to transport day. Animals CANNOT travel longer than 5 days unless 10 weeks of age or older.
• We currently do not offer dog transport.
• Please provide food, medications, treats, or any item the animal will need for the entire trip. Special care animals must be discussed prior to booking.
• All animals are checked in/out upon boarding and departure to ensure animal is fit for travel and condition upon arrival.
• Payments must be received and form completed for spot to be held on transport.
• Final routes and ETA's will be posted one week prior to departure. Please contact us for stops not posted as new stops will NOT be added after final routes have been posted.
• One animal per cage.
• Private transports may be scheduled.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We will not wait any longer than 15 minutes for a person to arrive to pick up their animal(s), if nobody has shown for animal by then, Little Pets Express LLC, will then assume ownership of that animal. This is not our intentions, PLEASE DONT BE LATE.
• No refunds.
• Cashapp, and FBPay only accepted as of now.
